Each small batch of our Premium Viennese Coffee Gin is created in partnership with an independent coffee brand. We hand craft locally and infuse our botanicals and juniper with carefully selected beans.

Beyond the bottle, GAVIE is a cultural experience. Every release is launched with a gathering. There people connect over gin and coffee, while exploring the works of three featured artists and celebrating creativity together.

With GAVIE, you don’t just drink gin — you share in a story of craftsmanship, art, and community.

For this batch we have partnered with Vienna-based decaffeinated coffee brand, “D stands for”. Redefining what decaf can be through their speciality beans, full aromas and thoughtful sourcing,

We utilised their “Nutty Nib” beans for this batch. Speciality Arabica from Brazil with smooth notes of almond, chocolate, and a hint of cherry, they add the perfect balance of richness and warmth to our latest release.

Her emphasis is on the experience and telling the stories of other independent brand owners and artists with whom she chooses to partner. With Studio 28, she blurs the boundaries between functionality and artistic expression, creating spaces and visuals that carry both character and identity.
