The GAVIE Artist Edition is a small-batch release where gin meets art. Inspired by GAVIE and the spirit of Vienna, artist Ludwig Georg Von Thurn created an original artwork, with a carefully selected detail transformed into the bottle label. Limited to just 50 bottles, each is a collectible expression of craftsmanship and creativity.

This batch of GAVIE Gin was created in partnership with D stands for. A Vienna-based coffee brand redefining what decaf can be. Coffee Beans are 250gr
For this batch, we used their “Nutty Nib” beans. It comes from a collective of small and medium-sized farms in the Albertina region of Brazil - an area known for its fertile soil and ideal climate. The beans are sun-dried (natural processing) to preserve a balanced flavor profile and full character. The gentle water decaf process means the Nutty Nib is completely decaffeinated without losing any of its flavor and intensity.
With smooth notes of almond, chocolate, and a hint of cherry, these beans add richness and warmth to GAVIE’s small-batch expression, enhancing its depth and giving each sip a distinctive character.
