FALSTAFF BAR & SPIRITS FESTIVAL 2025

GAVIE was proud to be part of the Falstaff Bar & Spirits Festival 2025 at the Hofburg in Vienna, one of the largest and most influential bar and spirits gatherings in Austria. The event brought together industry leaders, bartenders, producers, and spirits enthusiasts for a day dedicated to craftsmanship and innovation.

Throughout the festival, we had the opportunity to introduce Vienna’s first coffee gin to a wide audience. Guests discovered the coffee gin through tastings, where many expressed their enthusiasm for both the distinctive flavor and the creative concept behind the brand. The conversations that unfolded were thoughtful and inspiring, allowing for a meaningful exchange of ideas with professionals from across the bar and spirits community.

Beyond the tastings, GAVIE brought its artistic spirit to the festival. Selected artworks created in collaboration with our artists were presented at the booth, transforming the space into more than a tasting point. Visitors were invited to take part in a live painting experience alongside the artists, turning the moment into a shared act of creativity.

What made the festival truly memorable was the people. From industry experts to passionate spirits lovers, the event created an environment where connections formed naturally and stories were exchanged with ease. It was not only an opportunity to showcase the gin, but also to express the values behind GAVIE — craftsmanship, collaboration, and cultural dialogue.
