Sherry is delighted to present her independent brand of GAVIE Gin to the Viennese market and beyond. Her emphasis is on the experience and telling the stories of other independent brand owners and artists with whom she chooses to partner. On uplifting others in the process of each batch production and of allowing for community building with each launch.

Born in China and having lived in a wide array of continents, Sherry has called Vienna her home since 2018 and has operated as a local business owner for over five of them. When it comes to innovation, creativity and confidence within the sphere of spirits and gastronomy, her reputation surrounding her successful venture speaks for itself. Sherry was among the first movers regarding the concept and implementation of speakeasy bars within Vienna. After she and her business partner, an expert mixologist, invested their time and skills, leading it to much recognition, Sherry now focuses her talent elsewhere. Enter: GAVIE Gin.
