Our Story.

GAVIE began in 2022 with a vision: to make a distinctive coffee gin inspired by Vienna.

We sought to make something entirely new - evoking the memories of a fresh start, the Mediterranean breeze and cozy conversations. Combining the organically sourced botanicals with the deep coffee flavor - GAVIE was born.

The name itself is the blend of the creator’s names, Sherry Guo, Semih Aybar, and the place of their meeting - the forever mesmerizing Vienna.
