This batch of GAVIE GIN was created in collaboration with D stands for. A Vienna-based coffee brand redefining what decaf can be.
For this release, we used their Nutty Nib beans — specialty Arabica from Brazil, naturally water-decaffeinated to preserve full flavor.
With smooth notes of almond, chocolate, and a hint of cherry, these beans add richness and warmth to GAVIE’s small-batch expression, enhancing its depth and giving each sip a distinctive character.
